- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Shirley Kessler is the most competent accountant I have ever dealt with. I travel from Utica to Pulaski, just to sit with her. She not only knows her stuff, but she is able to take the difficult concepts of the ever changing tax code and explain them to the average person. This simple gesture of kindess and Shirley's sweet disposition make the scenic drive well worth the trip; I won't go anywhere else!
